Huntley Electrical (“we”, “us”) operates huntleyelectrical.ca. When you request a quote, fill out a contact form, call, text, or email us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your electrical project.
Our website forms are powered by a customer-relationship platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel). Information you submit through a form is stored securely on that platform so we can respond to your inquiry and manage your project.
If you provide your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry, quote, or scheduled work. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. This includes:
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate (city-level) location.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — whether a visit from one of our ads led to a form submission or phone call.

Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business — our customer-relationship platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), Google (analytics and advertising), and our website hosting provider — and with utilities or regulators when required to complete your project (such as permit or rebate applications you have asked us to handle). We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, warranty, tax, and electrical-safety record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under PIPA and PIPEDA, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw your consent to our use of it (subject to legal and contractual limits). To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you.
