Tesla Wall Connector Installation
Certified Tesla Wall Connector installation across Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Langley, Mission, and Hope. Level 2 charging — fully permitted, rebate-eligible, and installed by licensed electricians.
Level 2 Charging
Tesla Charging Options
The Tesla Wall Connector is the fastest and most efficient way to charge your Tesla at home, delivering up to 44 km of range per hour via Level 2 power. Every Tesla also comes with a Level 1 Mobile Connector for standard outlet use — but for daily driving, a Wall Connector is the practical choice.
Huntley Electrical installs Tesla Wall Connectors throughout the Fraser Valley — attached garages, detached shops, outdoor mounts, and strata. Every install is fully permitted and inspected by Technical Safety BC.
- ✓Level 1 (Mobile Connector) — Comes included with your Tesla. Uses a standard 120V outlet. Adds ~6–8 km per hour. Best for emergency or occasional top-up only.
- ✓Level 2 (Wall Connector) — Hardwired 240V unit. Adds up to 44 km per hour. The right choice for daily charging at home or at work.
- ✓High-Power Charging (Commercial) — For large installations, we consult on multi-unit or high-output setups requiring significant electrical upgrades.

Installation
Our Tesla Installation Process
Site Assessment
We evaluate your electrical panel, circuit capacity, and optimal Wall Connector placement — and recommend a panel upgrade if needed.
Permitting & Installation
We handle the Technical Safety BC permit, then wire, mount, and test your Tesla Wall Connector to full code compliance.
Inspection & Rebate
We coordinate the TSBC inspection and provide documentation for your BC Hydro EV charger rebate (up to $350).
Panel Compatibility
Power & Load Management
Tesla chargers require a 240V circuit with a 60A breaker for full-speed charging. We assess your home’s electrical capacity and provide panel upgrades for EV compatibility and safe operation.
Before installation, we verify your panel capacity. Most Fraser Valley homes can support a Level 2 charger — but older homes may require a service upgrade. Our team checks everything before quoting.
- ✓Panel upgrades for EV compatibility
- ✓Dedicated 240V circuit installation
- ✓Smart energy management solutions (DCC-12)
Compatibility
Tesla Charger Compatibility in BC Homes
